Yes, I like to eat chocolate oatmeal cookies, pizza and chips. I also eat salads, grilled chicken, lots of fruit and I like quinoa.

At the same time, I LOVE to go to the gym. Input/output thing. And I just feel, sleep and overall am a better person for it.

I’m in the process of developing a fitness blog here. Mostly for us middle-aged folks. And for men and women.

I promise it won’t be some regimented, measuring and stressful thing. I don’t like those things myself. I already have a job.
