If snowflakes were leafy-green,
winter’s deadness won’t be seen.
Summer’s greenness could be found,
in big snow piles on the ground.
Warmer happiness we would scream!
if our snowcream was brilliant green.
Giant snow-castles we would build,
by the bare trees on the hill.
Winter would be hard to hate,
if the snowflakes we could rake.
Our snowmen would be made of green,
And of July sunshine, we would dream.
If snowflakes were leafy-green,
winter’s deadness won’t be seen.
